USAGE

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Daily recommended dose:
- as support for physical exercises: 1-2 capsules before and after training, and before sleep;
- as support for sexual performance: 1-2 capsules on a one-off basis, circa 30 minutes before sexual intercourse.
Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. The diet supplement cannot be treated as a substitute for a diverse diet.
